Weight Watchers will continue to work with my crazy work schedule?
I work from 4 pm until 12 12:30 am. By the time I get home and settle I'm not in bed until 2:30 3:00. Then I get up around 12 hours. I would like to start Weight Watchers, but I'm not sure that will continue to function the way my schedule is.
I work the same hours as you and have been extremely successful in the diet. I joined the online version, www.weightwatchers.com. That was $ 65 for the first 3 months and then $ 17/month after the weight (Google coupon vigilant and you can find a discount). You never have to go to a meeting. The site has recipes, weight monitoring and a database of foods and restaurants. There are also exercise plans and tips for staying in the diet. You can even eat fast food. It is so adaptable, can work with any schedule. Good Luck.
