Weight Loss Resistance
If I work really hard, how long could it take to lose weight with insulin resistance?

I'm not sure I have, but I strongly suspect that my doctor told me that we will study the following problem. I'm from sugar busters 3 weeks, he followed to the letter without success so far. I just recently started to exercise, which is a lot of stairs and also aid in weight with floor exercises. My question is, if this can help me lose weight, despite resistance to insulin, how weeks or months could I be? I realize that everyone is different, I just want an average time so I'll have something to hope for. Oh my God, If you are unsure of my question, do not answer! You have confused me now more than ever! A lifetime? This is ridiculous. Oh my God, if you're not sure of my question, do not answer! You have confused me now more than ever! A lifetime? Not sure if I understand your question. But I'll give it a shot. If you are diabetic – Weight loss – even 10% may have a positive impact and help reduce your blood sugar. Are you diabetic? Being diabetic does not slow your loss weight. If you are diabetic, you should monitor your blood sugar before and after. How many months can you be? What do you mean? Good food / Excercise program is one week – three weeks – 3 years – it should be for a lifetime. Busters also what is sugar???? Carbohydrate is what you must be careful. I think learning about the issue
