Pilates stretches the muscles and creates a long lean look. Do a set of moves for 15-20 minutes 4 times a week and you will see a big change.
Weight is the big winner when it comes to burning calories and metabolism kicks into high gear. This is the perfect loss weight training routine. You will not look like a body builder if you are using respective weight 8-10 lbs for your workout. Using weight of only 10 minutes per day, 3-4 days a week can make an incredible difference.
The workout is perfect to combine a little of all the methods. Try to work at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes. combing pilates and weight, duration of 20 minutes, whatever you like most. Just for starters, and soon you'll be addicted to your workout routine for weight loss!
