One thing I must say at the beginning of this article is that if you ask the majority of men to define cellulite they would most likely be completely confused.
Then after explaining in detail and told them that you suffered from it, the more likely that the reaction would be to look at you as if you were a little mad, shrug their shoulders and say they had never noticed. As a consolation, I suppose, is that most men apparently just do not see it and do not know why everyone is on point!

The second and for me personally, the most important choice available is to make a serious effort determined and long term to lose those extra unnecessary pounds. I strongly recommend a low fat diet as the first vital step to take and if you want Success in this fight.
Make it a priority to become much more active!
Simple changes like walking more often, taking a sport that you really could enjoy (perhaps something you did in the past), or take the time to join a gym years, are just some examples. Join those exercise classes which concentrate primarily on hips buttocks and thighs. This decision will greatly improve and tone the areas affected by cellulite.
Your third choice is to try some of the many creams you can buy. Use these techniques with a deep massage that will improve the overall appearance of cellulite areas.

So far nobody has come upwith be a permanent effect or instantaneous cure. But until they do, and one day someone may well stay focused on your overall health, take serious and meaningful steps to lose weight and maintain a good exercise program.
This way, you can at least keep everything in perspective, and thereby to maintain your confidence and self esteem to a level much more than it otherwise would have.
