I am 12 years old and I want to trim down and tone up (please do not say I’m too young or whatever) before the seventh year. Right now I’m trying portion control (or calories does this work better measure).
I want to eat more healthy, but I do not know of any good, healthy food.
I also want to exercise, here is what I’m working with: hoop, inflatable balloon company tredmill, oliptical, punching bad, stair stepper machine, a jump rope, and some weight machines.
If someone can make me a routine or something? Furthermore, how can I lose weight and how long does it take to see and feel the results? How long will it take to tone if I a little belly fat and a teensy weensy bit chubby. I would especially like to trim and tone my stomach without looking like a man. Thank you for your help!
