has someone already tried the biggest loser workout dvd, Plan weight loss .. cookbook, either. if so, what were your results? was the plan feasible? Would you recommend? and What was the main power plan? think of departure and entry would be greatly appreciated.
Lena, one that I have most loved and I recommend most is Weight Watchers. What you can do yourself without spending any money is to a food diary and watching every two weeks, no matter how much you are, you always find something that you could have avoided. Then try, reduce the portions and not the number of meals per day, reduces the calories. Third mypyramid.gov try to help you with ideas on healthy eating, this will help you lose unnecessary weight and maintain a healthy weight. Heart healthy exercise is 20-30 minutes per day of brisk walking / jogging or anything else that makes you sweat, 3-5 days a week for as long as your health and doctors permit, good luck
