Is there a real pill fat loss in the market?

I've been swimming every day and am doing some running too. I am point to adjust my diet to be healthier. Is there a pill that will help increase my fat loss without muscle loss or surpression hunger? ie, lysis of fat cells.

Body Fat

There are a couple of different approaches in doing cardio to burn body fat. Some people recommend to do "low intensity" cardio for long periods at a time to burn body fat. The thought process is that you need to train at a moderate intensity to get your heart rate to the target zone to burn body fat. It has argued that if your heart rate too high, you begin to burn carbohydrates instead of fat.
