
Is there a simple vegetarian diet to lose weight that would be easy to follow in a university environment?
I'm going to college soon and I am overweight. While most people gain weight when they go to college, I am almost ashamed to eat in public, so hopefully that will a great opportunity to lose weight. I'll probably make the breakfast in the morning, but my other 2 meals will be catering. I was wondering if anyone knew of a vegetarian diet well to help me lose weight quickly, without requiring that I go to the store and buy often ridiculous and expensive natural products.
