Preparation of tea

Boil 1 1 / 4 cup distilled water in a glass container. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of the herb mixture. Let the tea sit for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink and cool slightly.
Drink a cup of tea before breakfast and one before dinner for about 1-2 months.
